We provide licensed and accredited home care that includes skilled nursing across Collier, Lee, and Sarasota counties. We are a private pay service, and long-term care insurance may reimburse part of the cost.

Some families need personal care and companionship from certified caregivers. Others need skilled nursing after surgery. Your needs can change, and our home care agency offers both kinds of support so your plan can change with them.

What payment options do you accept?
Elite Premier Nursing Services is a private pay service. The cost may be offset by long-term care insurance reimbursement.
What is the difference between home care and skilled nursing?
Home care can include both non-medical help and skilled nursing. Our certified caregivers, CNAs and HHAs, provide companionship and help with daily routines. Our RNs and LPNs provide skilled nursing under a care plan, including wound care and medication management. IV infusion is available through our partner Elite Infusion Services.
How is my care schedule arranged?
Your account manager discusses the hours and support your family needs. We arrange a schedule around the care plan and aim to keep caregiver assignments consistent.
How quickly can care start?
Your account manager will coordinate with our scheduling team to determine a start date. Schedule your in-home assessment, and an account manager will call back in a timely manner.
Do your caregivers complete Federal Level II background screening?
Yes. Every caregiver completes Federal Level II background screening, holds a CNA or HHA credential, and is insured. We match caregivers to your family based on the care plan.
Do you offer 24/7 care?
Yes. We coordinate around-the-clock coverage as one continuous plan, with shifts handed off between caregivers who already know your family member.
Will my family's privacy be protected?
Yes. We follow HIPAA guidelines. Many families we serve value discretion as much as clinical quality. We do not photograph clients, and we do not use client stories in marketing without written permission.
